This is not your typical auto dealership. I’ve never been treated with so much respect and honesty from a car salesperson. Isaac made sure my husband and I were taken care of from the moment we walked in the door. He clearly communicated everything with us from start to finish. Since our purchase we’ve worked with Lawrence in the service department on maintaining my vehicle. He’s gone above and beyond to keep my vehicle in tip-top shape. Austin (sales) was wonderful. He took great care of us during the entire buying process. We had a few things that needed fixed and also had rims put on. Austin made sure to keep us updated during the entire process and guaranteed I was happy with results. When I am at the dealership to get work done he stops by to say hello. Would recommend Austin for all your purchasing needs. Lawrence (service) and Terry (servicing manager) provided exceptional customer service. After purchasing our vehicle we had the battery go bad and a wire was faulty in the drivers seat causing the check safety restraint alarm to trigger. I was worried and upset because we had just purchased the vehicle. We had an upcoming vacation we were taking the vehicle on and the issues really worried me. They stood by the sale and provided the repairs at no cost to us. Any other dealership I have worked with would have told me tough luck, and it all would have had to come out of our pocket. I was so appreciative they stood by the sale and repaired the vehicle for our family. They have a lifelong customer. Although it wasn’t ideal having the issues, the fact they repaired them and stood by their sale earned my respect and loyalty.
They treated us with respect and did not pressure us. We knew what we wanted and they came through just as I expected.

Wow -- what a fantastic overall experience. Dealerships typically don't like customers such as myself. I'm a no-nonsense, shoot-it-straight, not here to haggle, kind of car buyer. I know what I want, I know what it's worth, and I know I'm not paying retail -- ever. The stars aligned and Kamrie Bazal was the sales associate that returned my initial email I sent about a Ford Escape Titanium...after 11:30pm! I called her the next day to set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle. Kamrie had the vehicle washed, dried and ready to roll moments after I arrived at the dealership. During our test drive, I mentioned that if she wanted to make a sale, I wasn't going to play the, "I need to run this past my manager" (multiple times) game. I told her I'd shoot her a fair price for both parties. That's precisely how the deal went down. FINALLY. Sales associates, managers and financing ALL working together to make a car buying experience actually enjoyable. This is how it's supposed to be. This is textbook car buying. Also, a special mention to Business Manager, Brenna Bjorland. She worked diligently trying to match my credit union's interest rate. The ONLY reason this transaction wasn't 2 hours flat is because Brenna was working her channels. She politely offered their extended warranty on the vehicle and did not push the sale at all. She gave me plenty of time to review all the fine print, and answered all of my very direct and pointed questions without hesitation. Kamrie and Brenna were absolute ROCKSTARS throughout the entire process, and I just could not be any happier. Sorry for the TL;DR post. But these two women needed a serious kudos for going above and beyond. Folks, these gals get it done! You will not be disappointed!!!
