I was in a car accident which resulted in having to purchase a replacement vehicle. I had visited numerous websites and dealerships to find a car that made it even more stressful, but then I was connected to Gabby! Her follow-up was great - she let me know about all of my vehicle options and kept me up to date about the status of the car that I wanted that was not immediately available for a test drive or sale. While I looked for other cars out of necessity, I really wanted a sale to be credited to Gabby because I was impressed with her professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge about the cars on the lot. I was also impressed with Deanne who helped with the financing part of the purchase. Bob Brown Cheverolet has two terrific team members. I had one unpleasant experience with a salesperson at another dealership who was rude, pushy, and kind of mean...contrasted with my experience at Bob Brown Chevrolet, it was night and day. I received an email in advance of my scheduled maintenance as a reminder. I live out of town and arrived about 25 minutes early. Despite the early arrival, my car was taken immediately. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Nick was very courteous to both me and my husband. The only negative comment I have is when I went to pay the bill. The gal at the desk did not smile or greet me when I approached her. I spoke to her first and all she said is OK.
Had oil changed for my GMC Canyon the service advisor was courteous when checking in and I was in and out in about 30 minutes and reasonably priced. Ok

Have a 2005 Suburban Z71 and needed an oil change! I had made an appointment and was there right on time! Another dealer told me it would take 1 hour to get the oil changed BUT from the time I pulled into Bob Brown's till I pulled out was only 41 minutes! I would say 20 minutes for the oil change 5 minutes for the wash and 10 to 12 to pay the bill and I was on my way! Good service is here at Bob Brown's in Ankeny! Keep up the good work guys!
