Great group of guys here. Both caliper bolts came off after picking my car up from a different shop. I just happened to be by Bob Brown. The guys came right out to help, diagnosed and fixed the brakes quickly. They even gave me the bolts for free. HIGHLY recommend.

I had a service warning lights come on. I called and talked with Scott. He said it was either Battery or Alternator. He was pretty sure it was the alternator. I dropped my car off the night before and they had it fixed by 9:30 the next morning. I would recommend highly. I had bought extended warranty and didn’t remember. Scott looked it up and said it was covered. He didn’t have to do that. Best customer service I’ve ever had. Thank you.

Bought a 2024 denali 1500, got it home and found a deep scratch on drivers side front fender. Called my sales person ,Rick Burkemper and talked to him about it. We both missed the scratch. He had me take it to bob brown collision urbandale. Talked to the older Scott and he said he would take care of me and he did. You could not tell there was ever a scratch there. I am very impressed with Bob Brown Buick GMC Service Department. I was traveling to ISU and was overdue for an oil change. Postponing this service was due to circumstances beyond my control. They were able to schedule me for the next morning before heading 3 hours back home. They also sent me a video with narration of my vehicle engine and undercarriage that I was very impressed with. I do a lot of driving and was pleased to see and hear everything is in top shape. Well done BB GMC service department.

I drove from Omaha because they had a truck I was interested in. Rick did an amazing job as my contact person. He was very personable and easy to talk with. I ran into an issue when I got back to Omaha and he was willing to work with his manager to help me out. Luckily it resolved itself but glad they were willing to help.

UPDATE: The team reached out and has been helpful in getting the issues resolved. Previous: Recently purchased a used truck from Bob Brown Ankeny. After multiple delays in receiving the truck I discovered the driver side mirror had issues and one speaker was blown out. After reaching out I was told "You bought it "as is" and should have purchased one of our warranties." I understand it was a used truck but expected to be purchasing a quality vehicle or would have been told about such issues as I was not offered a test drive.
Very polite and knowledgeable about each vehicle we asked about. Took time to explain the features that we would benefit from with our large family. Will be coming back for any future car needs!

No one loves getting their car serviced, but the Service Dept here at Bob Brown makes it a little less painful. Everyone is friendly and respectful. Your service advisor will keep you informed every step of the way. When service is completed, the cashier is efficient and thorough.
