This is not your typical auto dealership. I’ve never been treated with so much respect and honesty from a car salesperson. Isaac made sure my husband and I were taken care of from the moment we walked in the door. He clearly communicated everything with us from start to finish. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to investigate a noise. The team listened to my concerns and even rode with me prior to the service to confirm the sound. They were up front about the time it would take and contacted me promptly when finished. Overall I feel like they were did an event job of taking care of my concerns and needs

Ordered an AT4 6 months ago and got it delivered today. Truck is absolutely amazing just the way I ordered it and Bob Brown did a great job and easy to work with. Highly recommend Ron Floyd. My wife and I are Catastrophic Insurance adjusters. We were traveling from MN to FL to work insurance claims following Hurricane Ian and were on a very tight schedule when our water pump went out. We had a 26 foot camper in tow. I called another GM dealership prior to Bob Brown. The first dealership didn't seam to care about my timeline and urgency. Bob Brown GMC was able to diagnose and correct a problem that another mechanic was not able to fix. I had my car at another mechanic three different times to correct the issue and they couldn't do it. I should have taken the car to Bob Brown from the beginning!

Was what I expected.

I would recommend Clyd, maybe not so much "the dealership". The first salesman I delt with kinda gave me some BS. Clyde was straight with me and told me what I wanted to know even if it was something I may not wanna hear. STRAIGHT HONESTY GOES MILES!!

I hit something that punctured one of my tires on the interstate and I pulled into Bob Brown as my tire was going flat. The service department pulled my car in immediately and patched my tire and got me back on the road to home in less than 20 minutes. They provided me with great and speedy service. I was traveling with my mother and they turned what could have been a terrible experience into nothing but a casual pit stop. I really appreciated the assistance.


The oil change and tire rotation was done in a timely manner while I waited. There was a glitch with the infotainment system but no technicians to repair it on a Saturday. Otherwise, the process was smooth and efficient.

It was a chilly morning when we stopped to look at the escape. They brought the vehicle to the office and we let it warm up before a test drive. We liked the escape and said we would like to purchase it and we were taken care of and driving it home in a couple hours time.
